我們所說的FTN賬戶是境外機構自由貿易賬戶，境外離岸公司，如香港公司可以直接作為交易主體開立FTN賬戶。但需要注意，開戶FTN賬戶是要求先有NRA賬戶的，如果沒有NRA賬戶，則需先開立NRA賬戶。
開設FTN賬戶需要提供資料：
合法注冊成立的證明文件/注冊證書；Certificate of registration
公司章程；Company regulation
可證實股東、董事等內部公司治理結構的證明文件；Documents of the structure of shareholders,director sandotherinternalcorporategovernance
有權簽字人（或法定代表人）、財務負責人的身份證件原件；IDcar dofthelegalrepresentativeandchieffinancialofficer
授權代理人的有效身份證件原件，以及公司出具的授權委托書原件（如需）；IDcardof authorizedagentandletter of authorization
公司存續期超過1年的，提供公司良好存續證明；GoodStanding of the company for more than 1 year
