香港公司商業(yè)登記證Hong Kong company Business Registration Certificate BR

香港公司須辦理商業(yè)登記的「業(yè)務(wù)」包括：
為了圖利而從事的任何形式的生意、商務(wù)、工藝、專(zhuān)業(yè)、職業(yè)或其他活動(dòng)；
為會(huì)員提供設(shè)施、服務(wù)及專(zhuān)用處所，以便進(jìn)行社交或康樂(lè)活動(dòng)的會(huì)社；
所有根據(jù)《公司條例》在香港注冊(cè)成立的有限公司，或非在香港成立但在香港設(shè)有營(yíng)業(yè)地點(diǎn)的有限公司，不論其實(shí)際上是否有在香港經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)。
所有在香港設(shè)有代表辦事處或聯(lián)絡(luò)辦事處，或出租其在香港的物業(yè)的非在香港成立的有限公司，不論其有否在香港設(shè)立營(yíng)業(yè)地點(diǎn)。
惟單就職位或受雇工作的人士，不會(huì)被視為經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)，亦無(wú)須辦理登記。
就同一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)，你可以登記多過(guò)一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)名稱(chēng)。但每一個(gè)額外的業(yè)務(wù)名稱(chēng)，都會(huì)當(dāng)作為一間分行來(lái)登記。而額外的業(yè)務(wù)名稱(chēng)，亦須符合上述的規(guī)定。
如果你經(jīng)營(yíng)多過(guò)一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)，你應(yīng)該為每一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)分開(kāi)登記。每一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)可以有各自的業(yè)務(wù)名稱(chēng)。

"Business" Required to be Registered Includes:
any form of trade, commerce, craftsmanship, profession, calling or other activity carried on for the purpose of gain;
any club which provides facilities, services and exclusive club premises to its members for social intercourse or recreation; and every company incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance or non-Hong Kong company that has established a place of business in Hong Kong, regardless of whether it is actually carrying on any business in Hong Kong.
every non-Hong Kong company that has a representative or liaison office in Hong Kong, or has let out its property situated in Hong Kong, regardless of whether it has established a place of business in Hong Kong.
However, a person who is only holding an office or employment is not regarded as carrying on any business and is not required to apply for business registration.
