About the silicone tube, we could only make 400 pieces a day, and pefect rate is only 90%. (with 2 machines and 2 workers, that means we need to open another mould)
We did reseaches about this, no one could do better in China until now.
For filling silicone, when there's bubbles inside, it's waste too.
In this way, we could get only 85% products pefect to sell.
Other factories may quote a lower price because they couldn't know this before bulk production.
