With reference to the Sales Contract No. XXXXX signed on XXXX, 2008 at LINYI, between A (hereinafter called the Buyer) and B (hereinafter called the Seller) covering the purchases and sales of XXX pieces XXXXXXXX under the Contract, the Seller has agreed and confirmed to pay C USD XXXX (Say US Dollars XXXXX Only) which is regarded as commission for their service on this deal under the total Contract value USDXXXXX. Payment of the said commission shall be made in such a way that within XXX days after the Seller's receipt from the Buyer of the payment, the amount of commission relevant to that payment shall be remitted by the Seller by T/T to the following Bank and Account No. until full amount of the commission is fulfilled:
